India’s unbeaten streak in T20I series extends to 11 as IND vs SA 4th T20I gets called off

India cricket team have sealed managed to successfully stay unbeaten in yet another T20I series as the IND vs SA 4th T20I in Lucknow was called off on Wednesday. The game, which was scheduled to be held at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow, was forced to be abandoned due to excessive fog after six round of inspections by the umpires. India now hold a 2-1 lead in the series, with just one more game left.

India’s unbeaten run in T20Is continues

India last lost a T20I series way back in 2023 against West Indies. Since then, the Men in Blue have won 11 T20I series on the trot, apart from the T20 World Cup 2024 and Asia Cup 2025. After winning the 1st IND vs SA T20I by 101 runs i Cuttack, India were handed a 54-run defeat in Mullanpur. However, the Men in Blue bounced back with an emphatic victory in Dharamsala to take a 2-1 lead in the series.

Now, the final T20I in the IND vs SA series will take place on December 19 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The Proteas now only stand a chance to level the series with a win in the last T20I, should they manage to beat India.
