Wednesday

One of my favorite veggie dishes is definitely this Vegeterian Shepherd’s Pie! You won’t miss the meat at all.

Saturday

Today we are taking a break from phones and computers and spending time resting. A slow cooker soup sounds perfect for dinner! A creamy vegetable soup is my favorite recently. Recipe coming soon!

Sunday

Let’s finish the week with a European classic: the Pork Schnitzel! If you’ve never made it before, you will enjoy how easy it is to make.
